Chatham Tap Food Review: Prince Dean’s Angel Wings (Signature Sauce)

Let’s start this review off strong. Who has the best wings in Indianapolis, Indiana? Chatham Tap does!

Yes, I’ve tried the Hermanaki wings from Ale Emporium. Those are good, but they just aren’t as good as the Prince Dean’s Angel wings with signature sauce from Chatham Tap.

I’m usually a guy that likes to go with the original hot buffalo style of sauce, but there is just something special about the signature sauce. It’s a unique flavor with an addicting sweetness to it, followed by a hint of spice. It’s a thin and delicious marinade-style sauce. You get plenty of it which allows you to dip in your wing for extra flavor.

The chicken is juicy, tender, and hot. They have a fantastic crisp on the outside. The crisp may be my favorite part of the wing outside of the signature sauce. The wings are a very good size. The full order comes with 12 and I’m never able to eat all of them.

The creamy garlic-ranch sauce that comes with the wings is like an orgasm in your mouth. It’s the best ranch I’ve ever had. I don’t think it’s necessary for the wings, but it’s so good.

Parsley flakes are added to the darker brown colored wings for a beautiful presentation. Accompanying the wings are celery and carrot sticks.

You can enjoy these wings at their original location downtown on Mass Ave, Fishers, or Butler. No boneless though, these wings only come in the traditional style.

The next time your wondering what’s the best place for wings in Indianapolis, do yourself a favor and visit Chatham Tap. I have to stamp these. They are Demons Approved – Best in the City.
